Night Protein is a protein mix which is extremely low in carbohydrates. The slow digestion of casein means that the body receives a constant supply of the most important amino acids which makes Night Protein particularly useful for bedtime. Free from lactose and gluten.
For one serving, stir three measuring spoons of powder (30 g) in a shaker with 300 – 400 ml water, low-fat milk or a preferred liquid. Shake well. Take one serving one to two hours before going to bed.
