Recovery Protein is an instant protein concentrate composed of hydrolyzed, rapidly available peptides and high molecular weight, slowly available proteins. The body is supplied with the most important amino acid building blocks immediately after physical exertion as well as hours afterwards. Free of gluten.

USAGE

For one serving, mix a shaker with 300 ml of water or liquid of choice, add three scoops (35 g) of powder and shake well.

NOTE

Protein drink powder for athletes with cocoa powder or vanilla flavoring and sweeteners.

For regeneration: take one serving immediately after exercise.
