For one serving fill a bottle (750 ml) with approx. 250 ml of water and add 4.5 measuring spoons (60 g) of powder. Shake well. Fill the bottle completely with water and shake

Take one serving per hour during physical exertion.

Store in a cool and dry place.

Grapefruit:
Pregelatinized potato starch, maltodextrin, sucrose,
